Who is it for?
Ladies aged from 14 years old onwards all the way to adults, even senior citizens, looking for swimming lessons conducted by a lady instructor in an all female group. We believe that swimming is for everyone, no matter at what age, you’ll still have the capacity to learn and pick up the skill. It doesn’t matter if you are water phobic or a total beginner. We have various swimming lessons catered to each needs. Feel free to contact us for more information.
What are the Benefits for Me?
Firstly,having a lady instructor would definitely allow you to feel more comfortable should they require helping you with stroke correction. Apart from that, ladies tend to have similar body structure. With a lady instructor, they would understand your body much better and you will also be able to follow their illustration of the body movements much easier. Secondly, all the swim mates in your group will be ladies as well. This will allow you to help each other out in learning to swim and correct each other’s mistakes without being shy. You won’t just be picking up a new skill; you will also be making many new friends, who can potentially be your lifelong friends. Since everyone has a similar goal, to learn swimming, you could very well have made future swim mates to tag along for your swimming sessions. Thirdly, swimming is not just an essential skill. It is also a good form of exercise or workout for your body. Swimming keeps you trim and fit, promotes a healthy lifestyle and helps in weight management. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important in the world today due to all the unknown bacteria and germs floating around. With Swim Malaysia, you get to decide on your own preferred day and timing, depending on the availability of our instructors as well. We will try our best to cater to your schedule to meet your needs.
Where Are Lessons Conducted?
We do conduct lessons at various public swimming pools. We can also have the lessons conducted at the comfort of your home (Condo or landed property) provided you have access to a swimming pool.
